Registration Process

Step 0: Application

• To apply for registration, all prospective attendees are required to understand the attendee criteria and to accept the Peering Asia 8.0 Terms of Participation (including Privacy Policy and Sanctions).

Step 1: Pre-Screening

• All prospective attendees must undergo a pre-screening process to participate in Peering Asia 8.0. Please note that this does not apply to the tutorial sessions, which have a separate registration process.

Step 2: Review & Approval

• The Peering Asia Steering Committee will review submitted profiles to determine eligibility. This process typically takes 5-7 working days.

Caution: Incomplete profiles, especially those missing a LinkedIn page or equivalent professional information, may result in delays or rejection. Please use your company’s email address that matches with your ASN’s contact info. Using personal email (yahoo/gmail and etc) may not be accepted.

• If approved, attendees will receive an email with instructions to proceed to ticket registration.

Step 3: Ticket Registration & Activation

• Upon completing ticket registration via the official ticketing portal, attendees will receive an activation email for Meeting Tools at least one month before the event.
